ROLL UP

The club has casual two hour roll-up sessions in which members may simply turn up and with other members organise themselves into teams for practice games.  Subject to no home fixtures being played in the afternoons, roll up sessions take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday; play starts at 10.00 am and at 2.00 pm – all members may come along and join in.  You should turn up at least a half hour early in order to get yourself (and your bowls) sorted in time for teams to be set up by drawing ‘lots’ for who plays with who!  You must be aware that with only two mats the number of members per session is limited to 16 members and is on a “first come, first served” basis.  Each session fee is £1.20 (because of the extra heating and lighting cost) and tea and coffee is available at 40p a cup including a biscuit.
