Outdoor green bowling. The club has casual roll-up sessions in which members may simply turn up and with other members organise themselves into teams for practice games - see under “Roll-up” for details of days and times.

You can also participate in matches against other clubs – friendlies as well as more formal league matches and these can be seen listed  under “Fixture List”. The club enters into several leagues. Friendlies are usually for mixed teams of both men and ladies; leagues can be either for men only, ladies only or for mixed teams.

The men’s principal league is The West Sussex Bowls League.  This league is comprised of three divisions in which the club has two teams.  Our A Team is in Division 1 and our B Team is in Division 3.  See the link ”West Sussex Bowls League”

The ladies principal league is the C & M Trophies League.

The mixed league is a triples league – The Brooks Motors Triples League – a league of two divisions with teams comprising of three bowlers who can be either men, ladies or both.

Generally there are no match/roll-up fees – your annual club membership covers this – but you will always need to buy either an annual summer season ticket available from the kiosk just outside the club or by purchasing hourly rated tickets from the kiosk.
